Warthog Whole Wheat Flour

Our Warthog wheat seed is sourced from Oeschnser Farms in Newfield, NY and grown regeneratively using organic methods by select farmers throughout NJ such as the Community Supported Garden at Genesis Farm, Kent Kimball, and Ruthie Perretti. We then hand-mill the grain ourselves in small batches at the Red Barn Kitchen Incubator in Long Valley.
